(Girls 12 Years Old Putting on Community Event)

Girls Who Care Club Charity Fashion Show

Benefitting Local Homeless Children

Release -Seattle, WA February 22nd, 2016: For the third consecutive year, the Girls Who Care Club (made up of 12 year old girls) will host a community event with proceeds benefiting a local charity. This year, proceeds will benefit Washington Kids in Transition. Guests will be treated to a Fashion Show featuring Rogue, a trendy boutique located in the heart of downtown Edmonds. The fun filled evening will include dessert and prizes to be raffled off throughout the evening. Tickets can be found on Eventbrite and 100% of ticket sales and money raised at the event goes to charity.

The girls will take the runway to model clothes and talk about beauty from the inside. Guest Speaker Kim Gorney, Director of Washington Kids in Transition, will talk about homeless students and programs that are helping those students with basic needs. The show will raise money benefiting Washington Kids in Transition which helps homeless children in the area with emergency needs like after school care, food and hygiene.

The Girls Who Care Club is a group of young girls (12 years old) who put their hearts into action and have been serving their community for 5 years now. Each girl has a drive and passion for people in need. This club plans and executes their own monthly projects with the resources they have. Even though they are small, they are able to impact their community in large ways. They have faithfully completed projects for many national organizations on a monthly basis for well over four years, inspiring everyone along the way! To learn more visit www.girlswhocare.org.
